What is CVE-2023-5252?
The FareHarbor plugin for WordPress is susceptible to Stored Cross-Site Scripting due to inadequate input sanitization and output escaping of user-supplied attributes. This vulnerability allows authenticated attackers, with contributor-level permissions or higher, to inject malicious web scripts via shortcodes. These scripts can be executed when users access affected pages, potentially compromising user data and site integrity.
