The WP Responsive Header Image Slider plugin for WordPress is susceptible to a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability through its 'sp_responsiveslider' shortcode. This flaw arises due to inadequate input sanitization and output escaping on user-supplied parameters, allowing authenticated attackers with contributor-level permissions or higher to insert arbitrary web scripts.
