What is CVE-2023-54413?

The WPML Multilingual CMS plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to a reflected cross-site scripting (XSS) flaw that can be exploited by unauthenticated users. By manipulating the wp_lang parameter and guiding victims to a specially crafted URL, attackers can inject malicious scripts. This could potentially enable the execution of arbitrary JavaScript in the context of the user's browser, posing significant security risks.
