What is CVE-2023-6744?

The Divi theme for WordPress has a vulnerability that allows authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access or higher, to exploit insufficient input sanitization and output escaping of user-supplied custom field data via the 'et_pb_text' shortcode. This flaw enables the injection of arbitrary web scripts that execute when pages with injected content are accessed, posing security risks to users visiting affected sites.
