What is CVE-2023-6747?
The FooGallery plugin for WordPress is susceptible to stored cross-site scripting attacks due to inadequate input sanitization and output escaping. This vulnerability affects all versions up to and including 2.3.3, allowing authorized users, such as contributors, to inject arbitrary scripts into pages. When these pages are accessed by other users, the injected scripts are executed, potentially leading to unauthorized actions or data exposure.
