What is CVE-2024-0705?
The Stripe Payment Plugin for WooCommerce, used within WordPress sites, is susceptible to SQL Injection through the 'id' parameter across all versions up to and including 3.7.9. This vulnerability arises from inadequate escaping of user-supplied input and insufficient preparation of the SQL query, enabling unauthenticated attackers to inject additional SQL commands. By exploiting this flaw, attackers can manipulate existing SQL queries, potentially leading to unauthorized access to sensitive data stored in the database.
