What is CVE-2024-0963?

The Calculated Fields Form plugin for WordPress has a vulnerability allowing Stored Cross-Site Scripting through its CP_CALCULATED_FIELDS shortcode. This flaw exists in all versions up to and including 1.2.52 due to inadequate input sanitization and output escaping on user-supplied attributes, particularly the 'location' parameter. Authenticated attackers with contributor-level access can exploit this vulnerability to inject arbitrary web scripts into pages that may execute when a user accesses the compromised content.
