What is CVE-2024-10054?
The Happyforms plugin for WordPress, prior to version 1.26.3, is susceptible to Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerabilities due to improper sanitization and escaping of critical settings. This flaw allows users with high privileges, such as administrators, to inject malicious scripts, even in environments where the unfiltered_html capability is normally restricted, like in multisite installations. As a result, attackers may exploit this vulnerability to execute unauthorized scripts, potentially compromising website security.
