What is CVE-2024-10145?

The Hubbub Lite WordPress plugin prior to version 1.34.4 has a vulnerability that fails to properly sanitize and escape certain settings. This oversight enables high-privilege users like administrators to execute Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) attacks, even when the system is configured to limit HTML inputs, such as in multisite setups. This can lead to malicious scripts being injected and executed in the context of other users, potentially compromising user data and site integrity.
