Summary
The Newsletter Subscriptions plugin for WordPress has a vulnerability that allows for reflected cross-site scripting (XSS) due to inadequate input sanitization and output escaping associated with the 'token_type' parameter. This vulnerability affects all plugin versions up to and including 2.1. Attackers can exploit this flaw to inject malicious web scripts into pages viewed by users. Successful exploitation may require tricking users into clicking on specially crafted links, leading to unauthorized actions that compromise user data and site integrity.
