The WDesignKit plugin for WordPress, which facilitates the creation of starter templates, custom widgets, and workspace features, is susceptible to Stored Cross-Site Scripting due to inadequate input sanitization and output escaping measures. This vulnerability affects all prior versions to 1.2.2, allowing authenticated attackers with Contributor-level access or higher to inject malicious web scripts. These injected scripts can execute whenever users visit the compromised pages, potentially leading to data theft or user session hijacking.
