CVE-2024-12261
6.1MEDIUM
What is CVE-2024-12261?
The SmartEmailing.cz plugin for WordPress is susceptible to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting due to inadequate input sanitization and output escaping in the 'se-lists-updated' parameter. Attackers can exploit this flaw in all versions up to and including 2.2.0, allowing them to inject arbitrary web scripts. If successful, these scripts can execute in the context of a user’s session when the user is deceived into clicking a manipulated link.
