What is CVE-2024-12514?
The 3DVieweronline plugin for WordPress presents a vulnerability that allows authenticated attackers with contributor-level access or higher to exploit insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user-supplied attributes through the '3Dvo-model' shortcode. This flaw allows for the injection of arbitrary web scripts into WordPress pages, which execute when users visit affected pages, potentially compromising user data and site integrity.
