What is CVE-2024-12519?
The TCBD Auto Refresher plugin for WordPress is susceptible to Stored Cross-Site Scripting due to inadequate input sanitization and output escaping for user-supplied attributes in the 'tcbd_auto_refresh' shortcode. Authenticated attackers with contributor-level access can exploit this vulnerability to inject arbitrary web scripts. These scripts will execute when any user visits a compromised page, potentially compromising user data and site integrity.
