The Perfect Portal Widgets plugin for WordPress is susceptible to Stored Cross-Site Scripting due to inadequate input sanitization and output escaping. This vulnerability impacts all versions up to and including 3.0.3, allowing authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access or higher, to inject malicious web scripts through the 'perfect_portal_intake_form' shortcode.
