Summary

The WP Finance plugin for WordPress, up to version 1.3.6, has a vulnerability where it fails to properly sanitize and escape parameters before reflecting them back on the web page. This oversight exposes high-privilege users, including administrators, to potential exploits via Reflected Cross-Site Scripting (XSS). If an attacker successfully manipulates this weakness, they can execute arbitrary JavaScript in the context of the user's session, potentially leading to unauthorized actions and data exposure.
