The Paid Membership Plugin for WordPress prior to version 4.15.20 is vulnerable to stored cross-site scripting due to improper sanitization and escaping of certain settings. This vulnerability can be exploited by users with high privileges, such as administrators, potentially allowing them to perform malicious actions even in environments where the unfiltered_html capability is restricted, like multisite installations.
