Summary
The Booknetic plugin for WordPress is susceptible to a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability in versions prior to 4.1.5. This flaw allows an attacker to exploit the lack of CSRF checks during the creation of Staff accounts, enabling unauthorized modifications by making a logged-in administrator add arbitrary Staff members. If left unpatched, this vulnerability could be leveraged to compromise the integrity of user roles within the application.
