What is CVE-2024-1326?

The Jeg Elementor Kit plugin for WordPress contains a vulnerability that allows authenticated users with contributor-level permissions and above to exploit stored cross-site scripting. This occurs due to insufficient sanitization of HTML tag attributes, which enables attackers to inject arbitrary scripts into pages. These scripts execute each time a user accesses the compromised page, potentially leading to unauthorized actions or data exposure.
