What is CVE-2024-13402?
The Buddyboss Platform plugin for WordPress is susceptible to a Stored Cross-Site Scripting vulnerability that arises from insufficient input sanitization and output escaping in the 'link_title' parameter. This flaw allows authenticated attackers, with at least Subscriber-level access, to inject arbitrary web scripts into pages. The injected scripts execute when users access the compromised pages, potentially leading to unauthorized actions and data exposure.
