The Appointment Booking Calendar β Simply Schedule Appointments Booking Plugin for WordPress is susceptible to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting attacks. This issue arises from inadequate sanitization of input and failure to escape output effectively. Unauthenticated attackers can exploit this vulnerability by manipulating parameters such as accent_color and background to inject malicious scripts. If a user is lured into executing a crafted link, the injected scripts can run in their browser context, potentially leading to data theft or session hijacking.
