Summary
The SupportCandy – Helpdesk & Customer Support Ticket System plugin for WordPress is susceptible to Insecure Direct Object Reference due to inadequate validation on user-controlled keys during file uploads. As a result, authenticated attackers may exploit this weakness to access and download attachments from support tickets that are not theirs. Furthermore, if the admin configures the system to allow ticket submission by guests, unauthenticated attackers can also leverage this vulnerability.
