Summary
The JS Help Desk – The Ultimate Help Desk & Support Plugin for WordPress is susceptible to an Insecure Direct Object Reference vulnerability that exists in all versions up to and including 2.8.8. This flaw arises from inadequate validation of a user-controlled key through the 'exportusereraserequest' function. As a result, authenticated attackers with Subscriber-level permissions or above can exploit this vulnerability to export ticket data associated with any user, potentially compromising sensitive information stored within the system.
