What is CVE-2024-13703?

The CRM and Lead Management by vcita plugin for WordPress contains a vulnerability that allows authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, to modify data due to inadequate capability checks in the vcita_ajax_toggle_ae() function. This flaw is present in all versions up to and including 2.7.1. Attackers can exploit this vulnerability to enable or disable various plugin widgets, potentially compromising the integrity of the WordPress site.
