What is CVE-2024-13716?

The Forex Calculators plugin for WordPress contains a vulnerability that allows authenticated attackers with Subscriber-level access and above to modify plugin settings. This issue arises from a missing capability check in the ajax_settings_callback() function, present in all versions up to and including 1.3.5. Exploiting this vulnerability could lead to unauthorized alterations in the plugin's configuration, posing risks to the integrity of the data managed by the plugin.
