Summary

The Newsletters plugin for WordPress is subject to a Reflected Cross-Site Scripting vulnerability through the 'to' parameter. This security flaw arises from inadequate input sanitization and output escaping in all versions up to and including 4.9.9.7. Attackers can exploit this vulnerability to inject arbitrary web scripts into pages, which may execute if an admin user is tricked into clicking a malicious link. Proper precautions should be taken to mitigate this risk, as it could allow unauthorized actions to be performed within the WordPress environment.
