Summary

The Cookie Notice Bar plugin for WordPress is susceptible to a Stored Cross-Site Scripting flaw due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This vulnerability impacts all versions up to and including 1.3.0. It enables authenticated attackers with administrator privileges to inject malicious web scripts into pages. When users access these compromised pages, the injected scripts will execute, posing a risk especially in multi-site setups or environments where unfiltered_html has been disabled.
