What is CVE-2024-2750?

The Exclusive Addons for Elementor plugin for WordPress is susceptible to a Stored Cross-Site Scripting vulnerability due to inadequate input sanitization and output escaping. This flaw affects all versions up to and including 2.6.9.3, allowing authenticated attackers with contributor access or higher to inject arbitrary web scripts through the URL attribute of the Button widget. Consequently, any user who accesses the compromised page may unknowingly execute these scripts, exposing them to various security risks.
