What is CVE-2024-2867?
The ProfilePress plugin for WordPress is susceptible to Stored Cross-Site Scripting due to inadequate input sanitization and output escaping in the 'title' parameter. Authenticated attackers with contributor access or higher can inject malicious web scripts into pages, leading to execution whenever a user visits the compromised page. This vulnerability affects all versions up to and including 4.15.4, posing a risk to user data and site integrity.
