What is CVE-2024-2869?

The Easy Property Listings WordPress plugin prior to version 3.5.4 contains a vulnerability allowing unfiltered input from high privilege users. This oversight in sanitization and escaping of plugin settings can enable attackers to execute stored cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks. This poses a significant risk in environments where the unfiltered_html capability is restricted, such as multisite setups. Admin users may inadvertently expose their sites to potential exploits, emphasizing the need for immediate updates to protect against this vulnerability.

Affected Version(s)
