What is CVE-2024-2967?
The WP Front User Submit / Front Editor plugin for WordPress contains a vulnerability that allows authenticated users with administrator-level permissions to exploit insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This results in Stored Cross-Site Scripting, where malicious scripts can be injected into pages that execute when accessed by users. This vulnerability uniquely impacts multi-site installations and those where unfiltered_html is disabled, placing users at risk of potential cross-site scripting attacks.
