What is CVE-2024-3519?
The Media Library Assistant plugin for WordPress is exposed to a reflected cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability due to the lack of adequate input sanitization and output escaping related to the 'lang' parameter. This vulnerability affects all versions up to and including 3.15. An unauthenticated attacker could exploit this weakness to inject arbitrary web scripts into pages viewed by users, provided they can lure victims into clicking a malicious link or performing a similar action, thus compromising the integrity of affected systems.
