What is CVE-2024-57081?

A vulnerability exists in the lib.fromQuery function of the underscore-contrib version 0.3.0 library that allows attackers to manipulate the input in a way that leads to prototype pollution. This flaw can be exploited by providing specially crafted payloads, allowing attackers to potentially trigger Denial of Service (DoS) conditions in the system.
