What is CVE-2024-6478?

The CTT Expresso para WooCommerce plugin fails to properly sanitize and escape certain settings, enabling high privilege users, including administrators, to execute Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) attacks. This vulnerability poses a significant risk, particularly in multisite configurations where the 'unfiltered_html' capability is prevented, allowing attackers to inject malicious scripts that can execute within the context of the affected website.
