What is CVE-2024-6711?

The Event Tickets with Ticket Scanner WordPress plugin prior to version 2.3.8 contains a vulnerability due to insufficient sanitization and escaping of certain parameters. This oversight permits users with admin privileges to exploit the flaw and execute Cross-Site Scripting attacks.
