What is CVE-2024-7827?
The Shopping Cart & eCommerce Store plugin for WordPress is susceptible to a boolean-based SQL Injection attack. This vulnerability arises from inadequate escaping of the user-supplied 'model_number' parameter and a lack of proper preparation in the SQL query. It permits authenticated attackers with Contributor-level access or higher to append malicious SQL queries to existing ones, potentially leading to unauthorized extraction of sensitive information from the database.
