Summary

The Events Calendar plugin for WordPress has a vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to perform SQL Injection through the 'order' parameter in the 'tribe_has_next_event' function. Versions of the plugin up to and including 6.6.4 are affected due to inadequate escaping of user-supplied input and insufficient preparation of SQL queries. Websites that have manually implemented the tribe_has_next_event() function are particularly at risk, as this vulnerability enables attackers to append arbitrary SQL commands, potentially leading to the extraction of sensitive database information.
