What is CVE-2024-8442?
The Prime Slider β Addons For Elementor plugin for WordPress is susceptible to Stored Cross-Site Scripting due to inadequate input sanitization and output escaping of user-supplied attributes in its Blog widget. This vulnerability allows authenticated attackers with contributor-level permissions to inject malicious web scripts into web pages. These scripts will execute when a user accesses the compromised pages, posing significant security risks.
