What is CVE-2024-8490?

The PropertyHive plugin for WordPress is susceptible to a Cross-Site Request Forgery vulnerability due to inadequate nonce validation within the 'save_account_details' function. This flaw affects all versions up to and including 2.0.19. An unauthenticated attacker could exploit this weakness by tricking a site administrator into executing a crafted request, allowing for potential unauthorized alterations of the administrator's name, email, and password.
