What is CVE-2024-8703?
A Cross-Site Scripting vulnerability exists in the Z-Downloads WordPress plugin before version 1.11.6. This issue arises from the plugin's failure to properly sanitize and escape certain parameters when rendering them on web pages. As a result, unauthenticated users can exploit this flaw to inject malicious scripts through share URLs, potentially compromising the security of web applications using this plugin.
