What is CVE-2024-8983?

The Custom Twitter Feeds plugin for WordPress, prior to version 2.2.3, exhibits a vulnerability wherein it does not adequately filter certain settings. This lack of adequate input validation allows users with high privileges to inject malicious scripts into the application.
