Summary
The WP-WebAuthn plugin for WordPress is prone to a Stored Cross-Site Scripting vulnerability due to inadequate input sanitization and output escaping on user-generated content within the wwa_login_form shortcode. This vulnerability affects all versions of the plugin up to and including version 1.3.1. Authenticated attackers with contributor-level access or higher can exploit this weakness, allowing them to insert arbitrary web scripts into web pages. Such scripts are executed whenever users visit those compromised pages, potentially leading to data theft or unauthorized actions on behalf of users.
