Summary
The ElementsReady Addons for Elementor plugin for WordPress contains a vulnerability that enables Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) through unrestrictive handling of SVG file uploads. This flaw exists in all versions up to and including 6.4.3, where insufficient input sanitization and output escaping allow authenticated users with Author-level access and above to inject arbitrary scripts within web pages. This malicious code can execute when a user accesses the compromised SVG file, potentially resulting in unauthorized actions taken on their behalf or access to sensitive information.
