What is CVE-2024-9446?

The WP Simple Anchors Links plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to a Stored Cross-Site Scripting attack via the wpanchor shortcode. This vulnerability arises from the lack of proper input sanitization and output escaping on user-supplied attributes.
