CVE-2024-9994

What is CVE-2024-9994?

The Essential Addons for Elementor plugin allows authenticated users with contributor-level access or higher to exploit a vulnerability in the Pricing Table Widget. This vulnerability stems from inadequate input sanitization and output escaping in the eael_pricing_item_tooltip_content parameter. Attackers can inject arbitrary web scripts into pages that execute when other users access those pages, potentially leading to unauthorized actions and data theft.
