What is CVE-2025-10054?

The ELEX HelpDesk & Customer Ticketing System plugin for WordPress suffers from a vulnerability that allows authenticated attackers, including those with Subscriber-level access and higher, to manipulate user roles and capabilities. This occurs due to the absence of a proper capability check in the 'eh_crm_remove_agent' function. Consequently, this flaw could potentially enable an attacker to remove important roles from users, including Administrators and supervisors, thereby compromising the integrity of the system and affecting the overall security of the WordPress installation.
