The Flexible Refund and Return Order for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress contains a vulnerability that allows authenticated users with subscriber-level access or higher to bypass authorization. This flaw is present in all versions up to and including 1.0.38 and enables these users to submit refund requests for orders that they do not own via the save_refund_request() function.
