Stored Cross-Site Scripting Vulnerability in Draft List Plugin for WordPress
CVE-2025-11197
6.4MEDIUM
What is CVE-2025-11197?
The Draft List plugin for WordPress contains a vulnerability that allows authenticated attackers with contributor-level access or higher to exploit Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS). This occurs through the plugin's 'drafts' shortcode, which fails to properly sanitize and escape user-supplied attributes. As a result, attackers can inject arbitrary web scripts that execute when other users access the affected pages, potentially compromising user data and site integrity.
