What is CVE-2025-11373?

The Popup and Slider Builder by Depicter plugin allows for arbitrary file uploads due to inadequate capability checks in the 'depicter-media-upload' AJAX route. This vulnerability affects all versions up to and including 4.0.4. Authenticated attackers with Contributor-level access and higher can exploit this flaw to upload arbitrary files to the server, potentially leading to severe security risks. Site administrators are urged to update to the latest version to mitigate this risk.
