The Envira Photo Gallery plugin for WordPress is susceptible to unauthorized data modification due to a missing capability check on the '/envira-convert/v1/bulk-convert' REST API endpoint. This vulnerability affects all versions up to and including 1.11.0, allowing authenticated attackers with contributor-level access or higher to convert galleries to Envira galleries, leading to potential manipulation of gallery data.
